Multicultural festival of the national holidays of Mexico

The multicultural wealth of Mexicans gathered in artistic expressions that spring from the heart to celebrate the national holidays of Mexico, in Louisburg North Carolina. On Saturday, September 16, the celebration of Mexico's national holidays was held for the second time in the community of Louisburg, North Carolina. A totally community event organized by Alicia De Dios Fernandez and Ranita Garcia, community leaders dedicated for more than 8 years to different missions of supporting communities, including artistic and cultural promotion.

A life to tell

Being in the right place and with the right people is climbing a step towards the top of the purposes and objectives that we set throughout our existence. When I was invited to participate as a columnist in Revista Latina NC I was filled with pride and satisfaction, because my letters would have a broader showcase to be read by the Hispanic community and because of the significance of my incipient path as a writer, but I never imagined the shelter, fraternity and love that he would find in its leaders, Edgar Bernal and Citlali Ceballos, founders of Revista Latina.

'The Art – Mirror of an Immigrant – Story of Cornelio Campos', told by its protagonist and embodied in words by Cuquis Sandoval, more than a universal literary work, it is the best and largest of the murals by this artist, who is presented singularly: "I am Cornelio Campos, born in Cherán, Michoacán, of Purepecha blood; my profession is to be a painter of murals; I have been integrated into the culture of the United States for a few yesterdays, I live in North Carolina, a city full of history and that has been my home and high point as an artist."
