Orange Pork Chop
Ingredientes
- 2 Pork chops (of 300 grams each)
- 2 Oranges (medium)
- Ground pepper and salt
- Oil

Season the pork chops to your liking, then heat the oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chops over low heat .

Separately, squeeze and extract the juice from one of the oranges and chop the other one into pieces, removing the peel.

We turn the chops until they are golden, try not to burn them, and add the chopped orange with the juice that we have extracted from it.

Cook over low heat again for a few minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens a bit.

Finally, turn off the power and let it rest for a few minutes so that the chops are impregnated with the sauce and everything is ready to serve our delicious dish .
