• 9:00am - 11:00pm Logistical support (Setup): Assist with setting up booths and decorations.
• 11:00pm - 4:00pm Activity Support: Help coordinate performances and cultural activities.
• 11:00pm - 1:00pm Participant registration: Check in participants
• 11:00pm - 4:00pm Stage Support: Assist with stage programming, help artists and presenters, and ensure performance follow schedule.
• 1:00pm - 3:00pm Parade Support: Assist with organizing groups and guiding participants in the Catrinas Parade.
• 1:00pm - 3:00pm Altars & Exhibits Support: Guide visitors, provide information, and assist altar participants.
• 4:00pm - 6:00pm Logistical Support (Tear Down): Assit with dismantling and collecting materials after activities.
• 5:00pm - 6:00pm Participant Dismissal: Supervise and assist with the safe departure of participants.
