Ingredientes

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 4 tsps Baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  • Chantilly cream
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 pza Beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups sliced ​​fresh strawberries

Instrucciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 175º Celsius.

  2. In a large cup, mix the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and baking powder. Mash the butter with a mixer of your choice. Add the egg. Turn to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 minutes. Press into a half-inch thick sheet. Cut into squares. Place on the baking sheets.

  3. Add in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar over the sliced ​​strawberries.

  4. Let the cake cool before breaking it up and fill the entire surface with whipped cream and the strawberries cut into pieces.
