At Chuy’s, we don’t take anything seriously, except our food! Come see us weekdays from 4-7pm to enjoy our famous Fully-Loaded Nacho Car; an unlimited build-your-own nacho station with free chips, fresh salsa, queso, ground sirloin and more, all served from the trunk of a classic car. Pair it with our Happy Hour or Daily Drink specials for the perfect Tex-Mex visit. Tex what? While we refer to our food as “Tex-Mex”, we’re not your average Mexican food restaurant. Our menu offers a combination of flavors, with recipes and fresh ingredients from across New Mexico, Mexico, the Rio Grande Valley, deep South Texas, Austin and beyond. We are committed to providing authentic Tex-Mex using only the freshest ingredients. Our menu includes hand-rolled tortillas cooked all day on a traditional comal, our famous fresh-squeezed lime juice margaritas, salsa fresca made hourly, and our famous guacamole made in small batches all day long. We serve up ten homemade signature sauces, ranging from the mild Tomatillo Sauce to the spicy Hatch Green Chile sauce. Every August, we host our annual Green Chile Festival. Hatch Green Chiles are in season! These three weeks are the only time of year you can try our limited-time menu items made with Green Chiles fresh from the fields. Since the 1980s we have been cooking with these unique peppers found exclusively in the fertile fields of Hatch, New Mexico.
