History
Established in 2014.
One day I was eating with my family at the food court and watch this space was available for leasing I came up with the idea of a Mexican restaurant , had no idea how the place would be called , and how this in a corner decided to name El Rinconcito that is what it means (the little corner ) was very difficult in terms of I had to pass all inspections and inspectors are very strict in cary if it was not one thing it was another , with the experience I have in Mexican cuisine, I thought it would be a good idea , Today my team and I are trying to do our best to bring you a little taste of Mexico .
