History
Established in 2009.
In August 2009, Charlie Deal opened Dos Perros, "A Mexican Place in the Heart of Downtown Durham." Similarly, our food is described as upscale, authentic Mexican which is very different from standard American Tex-Mex fare. We offer top-notch service in a warm, comfortable environment. We have a stellar tequila list and a diverse selection of Mexican and North Carolina beers. The "Dos Perros" that we are named after are two beloved rescued golden retrievers belonging to Charlie Deal. Their names are Nikki and Alex, and we have a cocktail named after Alex. Their pictures hang in hallway at our establishment.
