History
Established in 2020.
Growing up between California and Mexico Big T watched his parents work hard and help them in any way he could. Being the oldest of four, he would help by cooking for his siblings. His passion for cooking and taking care of others stemmed from this. Big T decided to open up his own food truck to spread taco love to others, taking influences from his childhood. Big T's dream is ever-evolving!
