11:00pm - 4:00pm Activity Support: Help coordinate performances and cultural activities.

11:00pm - 4:00pm Stage Support: Assist with stage programming, help artists and presenters, and ensure performance follow schedule.
1:00pm - 3:00pm Parade Support: Assist with organizing groups and guiding participants in the Catrinas Parade.
1:00pm - 3:00pm Altars & Exhibits Support: Guide visitors, provide information, and assist altar participants.
4:00pm - 6:00pm Logistical Support (Tear Down): Assit with dismantling and collecting materials after activities.
5:00pm - 6:00pm Participant Dismissal: Supervise and assist with the safe departure of participants.
