Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Potato
  • 1 can Salmon
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • Margarine melted
  • Parsley
  • Onion
  • Salt pepper
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • Oil
  • Vegetables to accompany

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes , peel them and cook them with boiling water in a pot with a tablespoon of salt.
  • After they have boiled and are very soft, we proceed to peel them, removing the shell from each one, and crush them as if they were for puree.
  • Then we add the already processed salmon stirring everything to form a mixture and add the margarine , eggs, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  • We mix everything well and shape our croquettes to our liking, we pass them through flour and finally we heat a saucepan with oil to a temperature that our salmon croquettes can be fried well golden. We can serve them with vegetables of our choice.
