I am not referring to what you have seen in a series or movie, but to real life. It is true, you may not find it meaningful to know that unless you are a mother or father (as I am) of someone with Autism, a professional in the area of health or education, family member or friend. Today, Governor Roy Cooper signed a State of Emergency in preparation for impacts from Potential Tropical Cyclone Sixteen. “It is important for North Carolinians to prepare for potential impacts from the coming storm,” said Governor Cooper. “The storm's path has been difficult to predict and we want to ensure that farmers, first responders and utility crews have the tools necessary to prepare for severe weather."
