Louisburg, North Carolina - In an effort to keep Mexico's rich cultural heritage and traditions alive abroad, members of the Louisburg, North Carolina, and surrounding areas will unite for the second consecutive year to celebrate the Fiestas Homelands. This event will take place next Saturday, September 16, starting at 4 pm, at 895 NC 39 Hwy, Louisburg, NC 27549.
With the aim of helping to preserve and expand our traditions and culture, the first celebration of the national holidays and commemoration of the Independence of Mexico was held in Louisburg, North Carolina.
This civic cultural community event also had as an emphasis the dissemination of the traditional dance groups of the peoples of Mexico that exist in this area of North Carolina since, as is known, Mexico is one of the countries with the most cultural richness in the world. and Mexican migrants keep their deep-rooted roots crossing borders.
