Wake County Libraries to Celebrate Black Shine with Over 50 Free Programs

Wake County Public Libraries will celebrate Black Brilliance with over a month of free programs focused on Black art, history, creativity and culture. More than 50 Opportunities Featuring author talks, community arts projects, concerts and even a dance party for the whole family, the event will be held at more than 20 locations throughout the county.
