Via Zoom. April 19th, 2022 – AMEXCAN is hosting two advocacy Virtual Workshops in partnership with NC Child. The first being on Tuesday, April 19th at 10:00 am in ENGLISH and the second being on Wednesday, April 20th @ 7:00 pm in SPANISH.
AMEXCAN proudly hosts the Virtual Workshop: Welfare for the Children of NC to display the challenges minority children are facing and how we, the community, can use key resources to make a difference in their lives for the better.
In partnership with NC Child, Vikki Crouse, the Policy Analyst & NC kids count project director, will speak on the challenges that minority children face in North Carolina and provide resources for children that can help them develop into strong adults.
