As an initiative with the purpose of helping to preserve our traditions, customs and culture abroad, members of the community of Louisburg North Carolina and surrounding areas come together to organize the first festival of the national holidays of Mexico that will take place this next Friday, September 16, starting at 4:00 p.m. at 895 NC 39 Hwy Louisburg NC 27549, a place where food sales are usually organized on some Sundays for the benefit of the sick and people in different difficult situations in North Carolina and Mexico. .
The event will have the support and presence of groups of Aztec Dance, Traditional Dance of Guerrero, Folklore of Mexico and also with Mariachis, a Trio Hidalguense de Huapangos and local artists who will be entertaining this program.
In addition to this, you cannot miss the traditional food made by the cooks who are part of the volunteers to support the good causes that are organized in this place.
In this event, Deisy Reyna of the national holidays will be crowned, who was chosen for being an example of service to the community.
