Jesús Neira (Colombia, 1948) is a Colombian lawyer, professor, lecturer and writer, he is a member of the International Association of Poets and Writers.
He has been a speaker at the Ombudsman’s Office, the Attorney General’s Office and at different public and private entities such as AARCO (at the Colombian Consulate in Mexico City), at the V International Congress on State Contracting and Public Budget (Institute of Studies of the Public Ministry), at the Colombia Summit in Washington, at the IV Congress for the Training of Respectful Military Leaders and Guarantors of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, Colombian Military Forces, among others.
He has been a professor for more than twenty years at universities: INCCA of Colombia, San Martín University Foundation, La Salle University, Cundinamarca University College, Catholic University of Colombia, La Gran Colombia and Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
He has participated as an exhibitor and speaker in different national and international fairs: International Book Fair in Bogotá, Ulibro, Bucaramanga Book Fair and Miami Book Fair.
