Orange Pork Chop

Ingredients
- 2 Pork chops of 300 grams each
- 2 Oranges medium
- Ground pepper and salt
- Oil

Instructions
- Season the pork chops to your liking, then heat the oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chops over low heat .
- Separately, squeeze and extract the juice from one of the oranges and chop the other one into pieces, removing the peel.
- We turn the chops until they are golden, try not to burn them, and add the chopped orange with the juice that we have extracted from it.
- Cook over low heat again for a few minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens a bit.
- Finally, turn off the power and let it rest for a few minutes so that the chops are impregnated with the sauce and everything is ready to serve our delicious dish .
